At our restaurants, meals are prepared using the highest quality ingredients available through our fine purveyors by knowledgeable chefs and staff. We use local produce and seafood whenever available and all natural domestic meats that are hormone and antibiotic free. Our corporate chef rotates the menus so your selections are made fresh with seasonal ingredients.
Stop by the Raritan Pub, Wunderbar Original Crafthouse, or Stax Restaurant for Happy Hour specials (Monday – Friday 4-7 pm).
Our restaurants are family friendly and our attire is casual – neat.
Hours of operation are as follows: Stax Restaurant (Mon-Sat 8am-10pm, Sun 8am-5pm), Wunderbar Original Crafthouse (Mon-Thur 11:30am-10pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-12pm, Sun 11:30-9pm) Raritan Pub (Mon-Thur 12pm-12pm, Fri-Sat 12pm-2am, Sun 12pm-10pm) Outpost Country Kitchen & BBQ (Sun-Thur 11:30am-9pm, Fri-Sat 11:30am-10pm)

Want to throw a corporate party, private party or special event, consider our Chef’s Table – Steakhouse.
Located at our Stax restaurant , it is a private room with a fire place and wine cellar, and Chef’s table Steakhouse menu.
Available for up to 40 guests with its private Chef, personal waitstaff, custom menu and wine selection.
