Chef’s Table – at North Branch, is unlike any other. Settle into this intimate space for a unique dining experience featuring farm to table cuisine inspired by Chef Craig Shelton. Entertain and enjoy classic club service with our top staff; Jeffrey, Omar and Ray are at your service.
Join us Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for a four course prix – fixe dinner starting at $39 per person
Special Events: on select Tuesdays and Thursdays enjoy special prix-fixe tasting dinners.
Option A: This prix-fixe dinner consists of eight to twelve small plate courses. The current prix-fixe price is $85 per person plus NJ tax and 20% service fee. We currently have a wine program in place and the price per bottle begins at $30.
Option B: The tasting menu changes daily and is always finalized the day of. Each guest is served twelve plus courses. Most of the courses contain both raw and cooked seafood, predominantly shellfish. The current prix-fixe price is $125 per person plus NJ tax and 20% service fee. We currently have a wine program in place and the price per bottle begins at $45.
We are currently booking reservations six weeks in advance. Every Monday morning we open up a new week at 10:30 am.
All reservations for the sixth week out are booked at that time.
Dinner is served Tuesday at 7:45 pm, & Thursday at 8:00 pm. Dinner reservations are offered for parties of two or four.
A wait list is available upon request & is also booked by the week, six weeks in advance.
